Editing Confirmation Letters

The text that for confirmation letters is set within the Program Type lookups. You can include different text for each program type.

To set or change the text for confirmation letters

  1. On the lookups menu, select Programs, and then click Program Types.

  2. Click the Edit button next to the program type.

  3. Click the Confirmation Letter tab.

  4. In the Introduction section, type the introductory text to appear in the first section of confirmation letters.

  5. In the Cancellation Policy section, type any cancellation policy information you want to include in confirmation letters.

  6. In the Conclusion  section, type the closing text to appear in the last section of confirmation letters.

  7. Click the Save button to save the changes.
