The Contact Tabs, located at the bottom of the Add Contact, and Edit Contact pages, contain information related to the contact. Some tabs are available for contacts of any category, while others are only available for specific contact categories.
Miscellaneous: Contains general demographic data for the contact.
Phone/E-mail: Allows you to add multiple phone numbers and e-mail addresses for the contact.
Comments: Allows you to record pertinent information regarding the contact.
Photo: Allows you to add a photos for the contact.
Notes: Allows you to add notes for the contact.
Accounts: Lists all accounts with which the contact is associated.
Memberships: Lists any memberships assigned to the contact.
Categories: Allows you to view categories assigned to the contact as well as assign new categories.
Addresses: Allows you to add and edit contact address information.
Credit
Cards: Allows you to add and edit credit card
information for the contact.
Registrations: Displays all programs for which the student has registered.
Absences: Lists any absences the student might have incurred.
Intros: Lists any Introductory programs for which the student is registered.
Makeups: Lists any Makeup programs for which the student is registered.
Open Charges: Lists charges that have been incurred by the contact.
Status
History: Displays information for each student status change.
Instructor: Allows you to include general information for the instructor.
Bio: Allows you to add biographical information about the instructor.
Media: Allows you to assign media types to the instructor.
Programs: Allows you to view programs to which the instructor is assigned.
Donations: Allows you to view and add donations from a particular donor.
Board Member: Allows you to change membership information for a board member.
Model: Allows you to change information about the status of a model.
